I have been an insomniac all my life, and it's always been a struggle to fall asleep because of that.  I used to lie awake for hours, alone in the dark, mind spinning in exhaustion, waiting for morning.  Night is endless when you cannot sleep.  I started a couple of meds a few years back and in a happy side effect, gone was the insomnia.  Now ( Read more... )
